RAÍCES is hosting “Remembering our Roots,” a Day of the Dead community celebration in order to remember loved ones that have passed on through a colorful, artistic, and traditional rendition of our devotion to their memory. The community will be able to enjoy live music, cultural art, student and community altars, regional food, and the honoring of our roots.





Inland Mexican heritage presents ‘In Front of History’ a micro film festival featuring short films about issues of community, place, and identity. Hosted by noted historian and documentarian Robert Gonzales Vasquez, this two-hour program is part documentary film screening, part community forum regarding the issues raised in these compelling short features.
